Every few years we would come to Lake George to camp and chillax by the lake or visit the nearby towns. The last time we came here, Brandon wasn’t born yet. We lucked out during this trip with fairly decent weather and the kids enjoyed camping and playing with their friends.
For this go around at Lake George, we visited the same beach as the time when we went during the pandemic at Hague Town. After that, we drove to North Creek and did the rail bikes with me doing 90% of the work. Then on the next day with rain in the forecast we decided to go to the Six Flags Great Escape Indoor water park. This turned out to be a great decision as during our time indoors, a rainstorm roll through and by the time we were done, the weather was great again.
The trip was short, but it was a fun little getaway for the kids and friends.
