Family Trip To Hong Kong – 2 Weeks, Disneyland, Ocean Park & More. Fujifilm X100VI / DJI Pocket 2

It has been 6 years since we’ve been back in Hong Kong. Aria was barely walking when she came here the first time around. In this go around, we were able to actually visit different places and experience more of Hong Kong.

Learning from the last time we were here. When we arrived, the first 2 days were about time adjustment. We stayed at a hotel in Mong Kok and hung around close to the area, as we knew the kids would be affected by the jet lag.

Day 3 – we decided to visit Disneyland Hong Kong. Aria was holding up ok until almost to the end of the night, but Brandon had to take a nap at the park and missed out on seeing everything.

Day 4 – would be an easy day and visit all the markets in Mong Kok. My wife wanted to get some shopping done, so I took the kids to an amusement and games places in MOKO.

Day 5 – we took the double decker bus and headed to Hong Kong Science Museum, which was a great value. The kids loved it. From there, we walked to the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront and towards the Avenue of the Stars and took pictures with McDull and Bruce Lee statues. MUSEA was on the itinerary, however the kids were getting tired after the playing and walking over here and we headed back to the hotel.

Day 6 – we took the Star Ferry and went to the Central Mid Level escalators where it was featured in some famous films. After that we walked to Duddell Street Steps and Gas Lamps and the kids wanted pizza after all that work out.

Day 7 – we went out to Tai Po and did dim sum with my relatives. Walked around and loss money to the scammy crane games that are all over HK now.

Day 8 – My wife and I took the kids to Langham Place for the long escalator and they got some Minecraft Legos at the top. We took them to a cat cafe after that. The kids love cats, but I’m allergic to them and I ended up suffering a bit after this.

Day 9 – Ocean Park. By this time, the kids are fully adjusted to the time zone and they thoroughly enjoyed the parks’ rides along with animal attractions.

Day 10 – Semi rest day after Ocean Park. Ate dimsum and did chill activities.

Day 11 – Went to Sha Tin and did some shopping and played at the mall parks that they have now.

Day 12 – Dim sum with my father. He wanted to spend some time with the grandkids before they fly back so we stayed in the Mong Kok area. This is the day my wallet takes damage as I decided to wait till the last minute to buy everything.

Day 13 – Flying home.

On this trip, the majority of the video was taken with the DJI Pocket 2 and photos from the Fujifilm X100VI were SOOC, except the last image in the photo reel at the end of the video.
